“Fusion IT” has been in business since 1998 and there aren’t many things that we haven’t repaired in that time.  Our 25 years in business have provided us with a huge amount of experience across a vast range of computers and software.  It has also given us lots of experience of dealing with you, our customers and to us that is the most important thing of all. 

Customer service, not self service

Sadly, many businesses are abandoning the customer service part of their business, but we think a high level of customer service is still really important.  We want our customers to be delighted with the services we provide and so we will make every effort to make sure you are happy.

No fix – No fee!

It’s uncommon for a repair to be impossible but sometimes parts aren’t available, or the repair isn’t economically viable.  So, in these rare cases we have a no fix – no fee rule. If we don’t fix your computer then it can either be returned to you or if you prefer, we can recycle it or you and make sure that any data is securely destroyed.

Common repairs

This month is as good an example as any.  So far there have been a couple of keyboard replacements after tea and soft drink spills.  A replacement screen hinge on a Lenovo laptop.  A replacement battery in a Dell laptop and another in a MacBook air.  Several upgrades to PCs and laptops that were running slow or running out of space and a forgotten Windows password which needed removing.  Other common repairs include repairing DC jacks (laptop power socket), replacing laptop screens and dealing with issues like overheating and crashing software and the removal of malware.
